Our Human Resources Information Systems team provides human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

Innovating solutions for improving existing processes and tools relative
Developing and reviewing results dashboards provided to leadership;
Completing in-depth analyses of current trending business topics and monthly results, as well as the subsequent documentation of conclusions to be included in the reporting packages; and,
Developing comprehensive schedules and templates, and participating in and completing ad hoc/special projects.
Strong client service focus; responsive to request and capable of maintaining a sense of urgency in resolving issues.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks; strong organizational skills, able to work in autonomous way and to set priorities as appropriate.
Active participation in various HR and other projects. Participate in creating a strong data visualization strategy, including helping business users to become more analytical and self-sufficient with their data.
Analyze and assess business challenges, evaluate appropriate solutions based on data analytics and visualizations.
Use Tableau data visualization tool to generate compelling, interactive visualizations and insights about our Company workforce. Develop metrics dashboards in Tableau to accelerate our self-service capabilities and minimize manual reporting processes.
Working independently on projects, influencing team Leadership by providing support with project and operational planning, administration and implementation.
