To reinforce the Integratech team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager.
As Marketing & Communication Manager, you develop and manage the go to market marketing strategy as well as the communication budget. You set up, coordinate and follow up all operational marketing objectives, initiatives and tools and actively contribute to a dynamic & agile integrated marketing strategy.
You do this by:

• Actively contributing to the development and management of the marketing strategy, plan and budget;
• Creating, coordinating and following up on operational marketing objectives, initiatives and tools such as:
  • Implementing a creative marketing plan;
  • Improving visibility of the brand in the area;
  • Managing the marketing calendar;
  • Coordinating fairs and events;
  • Coordinate photography, press contact, marketing campaigns,…
• Contributing to the branding guidelines;
• Managing the marketing team and supporting colleagues wherever needed.

• You obtained a degree with an economic or marketing focus and you have at least 5 years of experience.
• You are bilingual Dutch and French.
• You have thorough knowledge of operational marketing and you are familiar with classical as well as new media.
• You are result oriented, communicative, customer oriented, to-the-point and ready to take initiative.
• You are able to engage and motivate others.
