Within the Facilities department (FAC), the Data Management team has to ensure: The management of the “Central Building Management Tool” ( CBMT), A technical environment to be used for the implementation of Reporting , analyses done by Building managers, ad-hoc requests,… Support and targeted assistance to our users The management of platforms and tools needed to carry out users activities … The CBMT is the main database used for regrouping information from other FAC tools. It contains a large view of data concerning buildings, finance, MSP’s, contracts, interactions. The Data Management FAC team is the link between all the teams of FAC concerning the data information of FAC Regarding the management of the CBMT, we focus on 2 axis : Cubes definition: construction of cubes that are used by the business for specific request. Progressive maintenance : management of business enhancements and project contributions in order to ensure that CBMT stays up-to-date with business activity. Elaboration of a new Data Warehouse for FAC ( FAC Datawarehouse) Functional analysis on basis of the needs elaborated with the business Technical analysis and data modelling on basis of the functional analysis Development of ETL User acceptance test Deployement in production and follow up in BAU mode. The main goal is to improve reliability and data consistency. To reach this objective it is crucial to ensure a close collaboration with the Business users and the IT Teams. The used technologies are mainly SQL Server and Visual Studio . Function description We are looking for strengthening the FAC Datawarehouse Project Among others the candidate will need to ensure: Understand and describe the business needs into functional specification Describe and write the technical analysis for the developer Develop ETL, on basis of the technical specs, in SSIS, the new ETL in order to put new data into the FAC Datawarehouse Write and deploy user acceptance tests after the development Ensure the good deployment in production and ensure the follow up in BAU mode. Develop and deploy reporting, via SSRS or Power BI. Ideal profile: Very good Dutch, French and English Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in BI Have experience of minimum 2 years in BI Be able to manage relationships with stakeholders (business and IT) Have knowledge of SQL Server products ( SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) Have knowledge of Power BI or tool like Power BI.
